This is my first time buying a house and Steve was very helpful. He explained the process and answered all of my questions. Steve also provided a list of great listings and arranged visits for many houses. We travelled from Toronto to Aurora/Newmarket many times and he was able to accommodate our busy schedule as well as make good use of our time.
